My name is Trelissa Moses, and I am a jack of all trades. I record and produce videos, photography, a graphic designer, and I am a marketer. I have been interested in working in the media field since I was a 10 years old.

 

My love for media has driven me to get an Associate’s in Communication and a Bachelor’s in Media Studies with a focus in Media Production & Industry.

 

Outside of education, I've worked with children at the Patti Leach Youth Center (I love kids!) and was also their Marketing Manager. It was so much fun promoting the youth center on social media, networking and building partnerships with local businesses and schools. As their Marketing Manager I recorded, produced and edited videos that were promoted online. Lastly, I work as a freelance content creator on the side.

 

Before becoming a Marketing Manager, I use to work in Governors State University's Digital Learning & Media Design Department (DLMD) as a Production Assistant while taking classes there. Because of that job, I have great experience working various media positions whether it is for studio or field productions, editing content on programs (Avid and Adobe Creative Suite), compressing media, audio mixing and more.

 

I also worked as a PR & Marketing Intern for Thornton Township. I recorded, directed and produced videos, assisted with event planning, and consulted the township and their affiliated businesses on their social media and websites.

 

With my degrees in Communication and Media Studies, I plan to pursue a career that involves content producing and mentoring youth. I believe that is my purpose, and I am more than willing to take on the responsibilities of such a career. I plan to create and manage digital content that'll be produced for various businesses on the side too.

 

I am very confident that with my education, experience, ambition and good character that I will achieve my goal of being a successful at my purpose. Keeping my integrity, and building my business on trust, authenticity, respect, and honesty with my clients.
